Insatiable

Insatiable - Meg Cabot I was really excited about reading this one, I thought the premise sounded interesting and I'd actually never read anything by Meg Cabot. Unfortunately, the book didn't quite live up to my expectations. In fact, I ended up more or less scanning the last 100-150 pages because I just wanted it to be OVER!! It started off well enough, I liked Meena's character. I liked the fact that the plot involving the vampires was pretty original...I just wish it had been more captivating. The story was just not exciting/interesting enough to hold my attention through the entire book. By the time all the action was going down, I had basically stopped caring what happened to the characters - which is pretty sad, I must say.Fans of Meg Cabot and all vampire novels should still give it a chance, I think most people that have read it liked it a lot more than I did! I'll definitely be giving Meg Cabot another chance one of these days, which of her books do you think I should try next?
