Dead Beautiful

Dead Beautiful - Yvonne Woon Thanks to Hyperion for letting me review this, I was dying to read it! Between the summary and the gorgeous cover it definitely sounded like my kind of book.I am a huge fan of any book set in a boarding school. They are always creepy and full of old traditions and unsolved mysteries. This was no exception: something is rotten in the state of Maine. When Renee is forced to attend Gottfried Academy, it doesn't take her long to catapult herself straight into the heart of the intrigue. She is immediately drawn to Dante, the gorgeous loner. While there wasn't quite as much development in their romance as I usually like...they also didn't jump straight from 0 to relationship. Once Renee does think they're finally getting things together, she finds out something that has her running in the opposite direction. So, between Renee constantly finding dead things, Dante being so intensely focused on her, and all the weirdos following them around...this book has quite the suspenseful story. I ate up every word! I definitely recommend picking it up.
