Restoring Harmony

Restoring Harmony - Joelle Anthony I am a huge dystopian fan. I love the premise of this book a lot, I just don't think it was developed as well as it could have been. I did like all the main characters: Molly, her grandpa, the neighbors and Spill. I don't think there was a lot of character or emotional development, but that won't stop you from enjoying the book. I didn't feel any real chemistry come off the pages from Molly and Spill, but I rooted for them to come together anyhow. Things get a little complicated! This post-Collapse world is very original and interesting. I wish more of it had been explored! I felt like most of the book had Molly and her family shut up tight into their little neighborhood. I would have liked a lot more exploration and descriptions of the world! There were some, I would have just enjoyed more. So, even though I do firmly believe that the book was not carried out nearly as well as it could have been considering the awesome premise, it is still a quick and enjoyable read.
