Venom (Elemental Assassin Books)

Venom - Jennifer Estep So, in this book Gin is still reeling from a major discovery about her family that she found out in the second book. (Check out my reviews of the first book, Spider's Bite, and second book, Web of Lies!)This discovery, along with the knowledge of who killed her family, leads her on a quest. A personal vendetta to annihilate the people responsible. Like I said previously, she doesn't take things sitting down and she definitely doesn't waste any time in this book getting down to business.Although I won't say anything specific about romantic developments, I will give you two words: Owen Grayson. Such a good choice for her, I really hope she can get completely over feelings she has for Donovan, because Owen is such a ridiculously more appealing choice in just about every way. With the first two books, the plots wrapped up very well at the end. With this one - the quest to get her own back in revenge for what was done to her family has been building, and there is no quick fix. She gets things set up very well in this book, but we will have to wait until later books to see just how soundly she kicks ass.I really can't recommend this series enough, every single book so far has been action-packed and incredible! I cannot wait to see what happens next.
